David has gathered a good set of ideas and principles applied in practice and fused them together to form this ‘masterpiece’. Firming and flattening your abs is a must for people who have trouble losing their “flab” and is recommended for fitness buffs alike. I could say this with confidence, as many of my peers have tested their concepts and have proven their effectiveness. And I’m also trying to adapt some of his principles to training.

I have never seen an ab program without “abs” as its core before. At first, I wasn’t entirely buying it because I thought abs were the “holy grail” of ripped abs, but this proved me wrong. David’s eBook focuses on techniques, diets, and exercises that are effective but not commonly used. His innovative idea on creating a strong and lean core is effective not only for bodybuilders or fitness buffs, but also for athletes.

What I really like about this ebook is that the principles and ideas are not just for building abs, but can also be integrated to other body parts and muscle areas. Another plus for me is the emphasis on not doing exercises that have the potential to damage certain parts of the body, most importantly the spinal area. David has also emphasized the common misconceptions common people have about how to get ripped abs. It’s true that some exercises and programs put unnecessary stress on your lower back and neck and I admire David for coming up with a great solution for it.

Not only about exercise, this eBook also puts an emphasis on diet and nutrition. As most fitness experts know, nutrition and diet play a huge role in building muscle and burning fat. David has recognized this and integrated it into his book. Supplements and fat burners are also criticized and judged based on studies and experiences.

All things considered, I would rate this ebook a 9/10. It is close to perfection and the only thing this eBook is missing is the details about the nutrients and compounds that exhibit fat loss effects in our body, specifically, in the abdominal region. But other than that, this eBook is a masterpiece that focuses on creating lean, strong, and defined abs. If you’re looking for reference materials to help you lose that flabby stomach, this eBook is for you.
