There are a lot of celebrities these days who drink black stuff, including actress Gwyneth Paltrow, however women should be drinking Guinness and more importantly, do they know how to drink Guinness? Apparently, in the past, a pub in Limerick did not allow women to join a tasting session of the drink, instead declaring that Guinness was for men only. When asked about this matter, they said that this time they were only sampling male drinkers, however it begs the question how many women are actually drinking?

Research shows that Guinness is really good for you and is very popular with pregnant women. Guinness can prevent heart clots that increase the risk of heart attacks. It is also claimed to be high in iron, thus helping pregnant women. With the UK having a huge market for the black stuff, Nigeria in Africa has the second largest market for Guinness. This may seem plausible as a large population lives below the poverty line. However, even those below the poverty line will spend their money on a pint of Guinness.

Recently, celebrities like Gemma Atkinson have been photographed drinking Guinness but NOT letting their heads settle on their pint. This is a big no-no when it comes to drinking Guinness. It’s vital that Guinness drinking girls really know how to drink their pint. Women who drink Guinness are apparently one of the biggest drawbacks when it comes to dating, stating that girls who drink Guinness are too manly.

So it seems that men don’t like it when women drink Guinness. Is this just another one of his ‘man things’ that we girls aren’t supposed to be a part of? Who knows? All we know is that Guinness IS popular with pregnant women or not, celebrities or poor people, men or women, who cares? If it makes you feel good and you drink responsibly, who are the men to object! If you type ‘women drinking Guinness’ into Google you will find a beauty of girls drinking black stuff and so be it. Enjoy girls!
