Today is a very significant day … because it is the day that each soul can choose again through their thoughts, words and actions to move our world closer to universal peace and wholeness, or back into more belligerence. , ill will and hatred.

These feelings serve as magnets that draw more similar feelings into your life. Feelings similar to what you are conveying yourself with your thoughts, words, and emotions.

It is an awareness generally recognized by most people and most physicians that harsh, angry, belligerent, and ill-willed thoughts lead to poor health, depression, and other low frequencies of energy and lack.

These lower feelings can literally make you sick, tired, and ruined.

A good way to tell if it’s coming from love, rather than old infected wounds, is to monitor and gauge your mood.

Are you calm and happy with a thought, a word, or an event?

Or do you feel agitated, irritated, and find that one of your old, corrupt, wound-laden programs popped up and activated, even without you noticing?

But do not worry. Even better than an internal pop-up blocker, it’s an internal pop-up eraser.

As you begin to pay attention to your energy levels and how you feel from thoughts, words, actions, and focus, you will find direct evidence of whether your thoughts, words, and actions are creating the abundance of energy and joy that you are looking for. … or if you are reproducing old – and perhaps – unconscious programs of scarcity, struggle, ill will that make you sick, tire, depress and ruin.

Not that it is wise to ignore the open aggression of people who feel bad. An alternative strategy is to keep vibrating at such high levels of thought, words, and feelings that these people have a lot of trouble finding you on their radar. And you, them.

When you find yourself playing old ill-will negative shows on your mind’s screen, you can erase them and send them packing using some of these techniques:

2. Relax as you please. The guided meditation audio above will help you. Other good ways to relax are taking a walk, exercising, being in nature, maybe in the garden if you like.

3. Listen to relaxing music that you like. I was disturbed last night when a longtime friend took a very different position on the candidates for the upcoming election than I thought she would. In fact, his point of view was the exact opposite of mine. I saw myself have an immediate reaction of disgust, and some old internal program wanted to ridicule his choice.

I emailed him asking him to explain WHY he was choosing the way it was. His answer explanation was so clear and honorable, and expressed a point of view that I had not considered.

When I took a quiet moment to reflect on her choices and her conscience, I saw that it came from fear, not love and acceptance of someone else’s point of view.

I allowed myself to be with that fear … and as I sat with him with a cup of coffee, I saw my unconscious reaction of judgment and mockery emitted by the fear that all my previous life experiences that had led to a whole belief was being dishonored by someone who chose a different candidate preference. Then I saw that he was allowing me to feel disgraced and worthless.

I sat down and let those feelings wash over me. Then I asked them to leave me those feelings.

Once I did that, it felt like a heavy cloud was lifting from me. I immediately felt lighter and at peace.

Releasing those unfounded feelings, I checked my email and found an inspiring YouTube video waiting to greet me. Seeing it lifted my spirits and raised my own vibration to self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-acceptance. With those feelings growing about me, I could now ALLOW those feelings toward another person, and ALLOW our relationship to increase their joy and energy, rather than ending my unconscious judgments and projections of fear.
