The story behind the Sedona Method

I am about to give you a condensed version of the life story of a very unique man. This man struggled, what seemed like an inevitable death, to become a fully enlightened, stress-free Master of today through his agonizing discovery of the Sedona Method!

Beginnings of the Sedona Method

In 1952, Lester Levenson, a physicist and materialist, was ordered by his doctor to return to his New York penthouse to prepare for his impending death. Another heart attack had meant that Lester could no longer function in life and sudden death from any exertion seemed inevitable. Levenson was angry, fearful, and filled with sorrow for his wasted life. For days he was afraid to move in case he killed him as his doctor had warned him.

After days of lying almost immobile and paralyzed by the fear of death, Lester felt his anger rise. He Decided that he would not wait for death but would do the work himself! Lester had been given a supply of morphine from the hospital and he realized he could use this to make his earthly “out” painless. As he fumbled for his medicine, he felt a new sense of control. This feeling gave him hope. He decided that while he was still breathing there was a chance and after all he could always take the pills if he didn’t find what he was looking for. Thus he began Lester Levenson’s three-month search for the answers to life, happiness and the nature of reality and his eventual discovery of the Sedona Method.

Seeds of the Sedona Method

What Lester found was a truly wonderful gift, the Sedona Method, which is now available to everyone.

During the first month, Lester Levenson went through almost every book in his possession. Around his living space were books scattered on the floor, ajar and thrown against the wall. After a lifetime devoted to materialism, science, and philosophy, Lester Levenson decided the answers weren’t there. So he did what any good physicist would do: he went back to the lab. Only this time he didn’t have a physical lab. Knowing that he couldn’t find the answers outside of himself, Lester decided it was time to look within. The seeds of the sedona method were established!

The Sedona Method is created

By the time he entered his second month, Lester had begun to question the meaning of life. He longed to find the answers to what he was, why he was here, and what he really wanted out of life. This was the beginning of the sedona method.

This constant questioning led Lester to discover that everyone is looking for happiness in life. However he tried to achieve this, through money, relationships, careers, etc., it was the pursuit of happiness that drove him. He foolishly believed that he would find happiness in acquiring these things. This would become the foundation on which the sedona method is built!

Looking back over his past relationships, especially the one he had with Nettie, Lester uncovered a big secret. He had felt happier when he felt loving than when he felt loved.

It was then that Lester Levenson realized that “love” was the answer. He was most unhappy when he was looking for love and did not feel love, but he was happiest when he felt love. This was the first massive shift in Lester’s consciousness that would lead to even greater and deeper insights through the sedona method.

The Sedona Way had begun to take shape, but Lester had more to learn. He began to understand how her mind and his body were connected. His ulcers had started the day Nettie left him when he had felt angry and bitter about his decision. For over 20 years he had been fighting this decision in his own mind and it had made him sick and near death! By changing his feelings to those of only love for Nettie and the life she had chosen, Lester found that his negative thoughts and feelings dissipated. He would later perfect the sedona method to be able to do this instantly!

Lester continued to use the first version of the sedona method and his inner questioning and soon discovered that mind and matter are one. In fact, he learned that the mind is the creator of matter.

Lester Perfects the Sedona Method

Lester used the sedona method to control his mind and therefore his life, and then looked at his ultimate fear: the fear of death. As he continued to use the sedona method release technique, he began to feel an immense joy that seemed to have no limit. The more he released, the happier he became.

As Lester continued to release, using the sedona method, he discovered that there was no limit to this joy, this happiness, and that it never ended. So, he decided to see what was beyond that joy. He used the sedona method to free him and discovered a peace that stayed with him until his transition at age 84, 42 years after his doctor sentenced him to death.

It took only 3 months for Lester to heal his body and take control of his entire life. It took only 6 months for him to become a millionaire. He would later say that he would only take 1 month using the sedona method as he is now.

This American teacher spent his remaining days teaching others how to use the sedona method, which is now taught in the courses described below.
