Have you ever experienced being in the middle of an intense workout when you suddenly felt severe muscle pain? How about completing an office report while having a pounding headache? Or having lunch with your family when you feel random abdominal pain? Of course, no one wants to be in these situations ever again. They say pain is inevitable, but that’s very old school. The pain can now be easily removed with the help of No-Shpa.

No-Shpa, which means “no spasm” in Latin, is created and developed by a Hungarian company. It all started in the 1960s and was improved to become an effective calming drug. Contains drotaverine hydrochloride, which is prescribed generically for pain and dysfunction.

No-Shpa can be used to reduce smooth muscle spasm caused by biliary and urinary tract, gastrointestinal and gynecological ailments and even vascular headaches. It can also be used by pregnant women on medical advice. The effects are fast acting and can be felt within 15 minutes. Some people chose to inject the drug directly to get a faster effect. When injected, the drug can relieve pain in as little as 2 minutes, with 30 minutes being the maximum. This medication can also be combined with other pain relievers such as ibuprofen, paracetamol, diclofenac, and aspirin to double the action.

Depending on the level of pain, there are two doses of No-Shpa that you can use. No-Shpa 40 mg is a round tablet containing 40 mg of drotaverine hydrochloride. Adults can take 1 to 2 doses a day for three days. For children, the dose depends on their age and the reason for the pain. The No-Shpa forte tablet, on the other hand, contains 80 mg of drotaverine hydrochloride. Adults can take 1 tablet, two or three times a day. Due to its effects, people taking this dose are advised to stop driving or refrain from any speed/psychomotor reactions.

Despite being effective, No-Shpa cannot be taken if you have hypotension, low heat output, drug intolerance, glucose-galactose intolerance, liver or kidney disease, and during lactation. Just like any other pain medicine, you can also develop some side effects like nausea, lack of sleep, dizziness, allergic reactions, increased sweating and heartbeat, poor sleep, and feeling of extra heat. However, there is nothing to fear because the side effects are temporary and do not usually occur all at once.

For now, No-Shpa is only available for several countries, but its producers are sure that there is a possibility that it will be produced globally. Also, everyone deserves to have a pain-free life.
