I imagine that if Toys R Us and Kids R Us can have the “R Us” in their name, this article does too. This article deals directly with how to get nice, hot and pretty legs for women.

However, I must point out a mistake that I see all the time in women trying to have nice legs, which wastes them a lot of time and actually ruins any chance of having great legs.

The first mistake …

Rule 1: Never jog long distance, EVER!

Long-distance jogging will undoubtedly slim your legs … but there is a cost to doing it. That expense … you will lose muscle mass in your legs. Long distance running is very catabolic (it breaks down and eats away your muscles).

If you are trying to lose weight, that’s a big no-no. Why? Because every pound of muscle burns 30 to 50 more calories a day than a pound of fat … while you do nothing. In other words, the muscle speeds up your metabolism. So losing muscle will definitely slow down your metabolism.

Rule # 2: Squat, squat, and squat some more

For nice and pretty legs, you need to squat. Squats bring out all the muscles and their shapes … basically, they give you beautiful, shapely legs that are pleasing to the eye … instead of thin, shapeless legs that aren’t sexy. Ideally, 5 sets of 10 reps twice a week.

Rule # 3: Do deadlift

You know that area right where your legs meet your butt, yeah, that flabby area.

Well, the deadlift works that area much better than any other exercise to firm and lift your butt … while flowing your legs straight into your butt. This not only makes your butt look sexy, it also creates some great legs. Again, do 5 sets of 10 reps twice a week.
